Move over Doc Holliday

How are you doing? It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything and my apologies for that. I’ve been busy working on a new novel. It will be quite different from A Gentleman in Hell. It’s not going to be set in the Wild West, and it won’t be a Western. I hope you’re ok with that. I’m guessing that you will be. It will be historical and it will have horses. In fact, I guarantee there will be horses, why wouldn’t there be? This is me we’re talking about!

I’m busy creating profiles for my characters. I’m in the getting to know you stage and it’s really good fun researching. For the past few weeks I’ve been reading about different kinds of poisons, dissection, anatomy labs and all kinds of other weird and wonderful things. I’m not saying much more than that. Honestly, not because it’s a secret, but just because I don’t know yet. I’ve begun writing and am currently wrestling with the third chapter. Hopefully, I can find the necessary superglue to fix myself at the computer and get the work done. I will keep you posted as things develop!

I assure you though that I will get you more about Doc Holliday for the blog. On a similar note, thank you so much to everyone who’s been buying A Gentleman in Hell. You really are wonderful! It gives me such a lift. I really appreciate your support and I hope you’re enjoying reading about Doc! I really hope he’s behaving for you. Beware, he’s a charmer, but a bit of a devil too. Until the next time…
